Youth Activities
		Youth Night: Starting September 9th, 2010, Every Thursday night all 6th-12th graders are invited to a fun youth night filled with games, Bible study, music, and more. Youth Leadership: The youth of Lord of Glory who have matured spiritually and are serving in a leadership/mentoring position in the youth group are welcome to become a part of the Youth Leadership group.  In order to be involved in this group, you must fill out a leadership application form and turn it in to Gwen Johnson.  You must have been on at least one mission trip in order to apply for this group. Sunday Morning Bible Study: Every Sunday morning, 6th-8th graders meet at 9:30 a.m. for a Bible study geared toward middle schoolers.  9th-12th graders meet at 9:30 a.m. in the youth room for a Bible study relevant to high schoolers. Open Youth Room: During the school year, the youth room is open for all 6th-12th graders on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  This is a fun time to play video games, air hockey, basketball, foosball, board games, or just hang out. Confirmation: Starting in September, confirmation is held on Wednesday evenings.  If you would like more information, please contact Pastor Brian or the church office. Boy Scouts of America
		Cub Scout Pack 607 and Boy Scout Troop 303, sponsored by Lord of Glory, are looking for new members!  Pack 607 is forming a new Tiger Cub den for boys entering first grade, but all boys in Grades 1-5 are welcome to join.  Please call Cubmaster Chris Wald at 847-837-0379 for further information. Boy Scout Troop 303 is also accepting new members and would love to see any boys from ages 11-17 join the troop.  If you would like more information about the troop, please feel free to contact Mark and Patti Eney, Mike Polsgrove, or John Rijke.  You can also contact Scoutmaster Ernie Lukacs at 847-837-9056. In addition, Venture Crew 607 is a high adventure scouting program that also is sponsored by Lord of Glory.
