Seeking Part-Time Youth Director

Lord of Glory is seeking a part-time Praise Team Director to lead our contemporary music ministry.  Please share this posting through your networks of family and friends — these often lead to the best connections! Leadership of this ministry includes:
·         Developing the overall ministry to support Lord of Glory’s mission
·         Growing and developing our musician volunteer base
·         Planning contemporary services in collaboration with the pastor
·         Scheduling participants (musicians, sound & video)
·         Leading the music for weekly services
·         Managing and expanding the Praise Team musical library

This will be the Employment Ministry’s fifth season, and third year, of supporting the unemployed with skills development and a caring community. Christmas Spirit at Lord of Glory

Hi Friends of Lord of Glory,

Through our partnership with other Christian churches (www.christtogether.com), we have connected with a local school guidance counselor who has given us the names of families who are in great need. Each of our churches has agreed to “adopt” one family at Christmas. Each of these families has been screened through a Christian organization called Love Inc. of Lake County (www.loveinclakecty.net), and we will be able to hand deliver what we provide.
